Dine With Us

A neighborhood staple for over 18 years, The Lounge at World Cafe Live welcomes diners and concertgoers alike with a seasonally rotating menu by Executive Chef Rob Cottman. Whether you crave a tasty snack or a three course meal, our menu offers everything from creative appetizers to hearty salads to Southern-inspired entrees. Make sure you save room for our house-made desserts! We also serve the best in regional craft beers and spirits to provide the perfect pairings.

The Lounge opens at 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Tables will only be held for 20 minutes after your reservation time – please call us if at 215-222-1400 if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate.

Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Rob Cottman’s definition of what it means to prepare great food originated from watching his father in the kitchen at a young age. Combined with lessons from his mom, this gave him the awareness and skill set to be self-reliant in any kitchen. He continued to develop an appreciation and respect for the way recipes have been preserved and passed down among cultures and families through generations. Humbly inspired by the moves and motives of other great chefs, Rob took on an independent focus of a wide range of cuisines reinforcing his love for communities connecting through food. Motivated by providing people with the dishes they crave, Chef Rob continues to push the envelope of what can be expected for dining experiences in a world class music venue.

Culinary Events

In addition to classic dining, World Cafe Live hosts a number of food & beverage focused events throughout the year. We work with local and global partners to bring you one-of-a-kind culinary experiences. Chef Rob creates unique menus to complement any type of event, from dinner pairings to beer fests. Small plates, buffet-style catering, multi-course plated meals–we do it all with a WCL touch.

Dining options in the Music Hall vary by night. Seated shows typically offer tableside food & beverage service with a select menu, while standing shows often have small bites available that move with you so you don’t miss a single beat. Contact us to ask about dining options for a specific event.

When food is not available, guests are welcome to join us for dinner in The Lounge before heading down. Mezzanine ticket holders will always be able to order from The Lounge menu right from their seat.]
