Philly’s own ill Fated Natives will explore the songs of protest, liberation, and joy spanning the rock, reggaeton, soul, and afrobeat genres. Students will have an opportunity to learn the origins of reggaeton and afrobeat, the rhythms associated with each genre, and even jam with the band.
