A power funk septet, WOM is an immersive experience that can only be described as a soulful journey that pushes the limits in the 4th dimension of psychedelic grooves. With strutting guitar riffs, transcendent horns, and heady organ depth, the live performances take you on a cathartic journey where you shed the weight of the world with everyone in attendance. Traversing the inner workings of the human soul, everything seems to be in its right place when the Mongo party hits full throttle. WOM has relentlessly displayed a level of musicianship that continues to impress both music critics and fans alike, winning awards in their hometown of Asbury Park for consecutive years. With a permeating aura of soulful energy, that illuminates every venue, the band is on a collision course for new locations to spread the love that is their music.
Darlingtyn is the love child of Philadelphia musicians Jack Shoudy and Emily MacDonald. Their unique style of Americana and "real Philly folk with outstanding original songs" (City Island Music) has made them a rising act in the Philadelphia folk and jam communities. "Swiftly gaining steam as one of Philly's artists-to-watch within both Folk & Jam scenes" (MilkBoy) Darlingtyn has shared bills with artists like Tyler Childers, Del McCoury, Yonder Mountain String Band, Bela Fleck, Steve Earle, Dopapod, & Andy Frasco. Mixing deeply personal lyrics, vocal harmonies, and a cosmic take on the folk tradition, Darlingtyn brings a unique and powerful new sound to the jam and Americana scenes. Rising organically from the relationship between Jack and Emily, Darlingtyn has been a consistent presence in the Southeastern Pennsylvanian folk scene since 2012. From the saloons and coffee houses of the east coast to Summer Camp Music Festival and beyond, Darlingtyn's music has brought together audiences and musicians from folk, jam, and jazz scenes.
