MARUJA LIMÓN is a six-member band from Barcelona that mixes flamenco, pop, and Latin rhythms. Their debut album 'Más de ti' (2018) was acclaimed by magazines such as Mondo Sonoro and Muzikalia, and the band won the 'Best Emerging Artist' award at the Premis ARC 2018 and a LAUS Award for their music video 'Aprender'. In 2019, they released 'Ante Mí', considered one of the best Spanish albums of the year and nominated at the MIN 2020 Awards. In 2022, they presented their third album 'Vidas', which blends various genres with lyrics that reflect life stories. They have performed over 200 concerts and participated in prestigious international festivals. In 2023, they presented ''Esta noche no me acuesto'', a show that celebrates popular culture and collective connection. That same year, they were selected for the prestigious ʻVISA FOR MUSICʼʼ festival in Rabat. In 2024, the band presents ʻTe como la caraʼ part A, an EP where the Barcelonans delve into rumba in all its forms. We will release the part B this October. They toured Germany, France, Austria, and they visited NEW YORK for the first time this July thanks to LAMC; their show at DROM was a blast. Thanks to that, the band was featured in ʻOn the Radar' Latinʼs Billboard section.
