Red Panda Retreat is an emo-progressive rock band from Philadelphia, PA consisting of Jackson Searfoss on drums, Allison Bilger on guitar/ vocals, Dom Panto on guitar, and Alex Watson on bass. Their debut EP, "Bamboo Understories and Other High Mountains in the Himalayas" came out on November 8th, 2024.
Precious Little Life reads like an emo band – named after the first installment of Brian Lee OʼMalleyʼs Scott Pilgrim series, a catalog boasting a number of references to Nintendo games, bit-crushed screams, and twinkly riffs, one could be forgiven for classifying them as such. Precious Little Life, however, extends far beyond the borders of the genre, diving deep into unfathomably melodic noise pop. Fronted by Ivy Nenkov (they/she), the project has expanded beyond a bedroom-confined exercise in exploration to a fully realized shape-shifting goliath of Philadelphiaʼs DIY underground.
Fair Game is a Philadelphia power pop band known for catchy hooks, jangly guitars, and high-energy shows. Inspired by 70 and 80’s power pop and 90s pop-rock, they make pop music for people who don’t know they like pop music.
