Known for her unique melodies and candor in her storytelling, frex is an artist to watch that is carving her own path and putting human connection at the forefront of her genre-blending artistry. Pulling inspiration from R&B, pop, jazz, and more, frex uses her music to process her feelings and experiences, and push boundaries with the hope that her artistry helps others embrace their own vulnerability and overcome what they're going through. Building organic buzz with her 2018 release Blu, which she recorded and mixed herself, frex has been on anincredible trajectory since working on her early singles while at school. A self-proclaimed misfit that never felt like she belonged, music quickly became an outlet forfrex while growing up in small-town Pennsylvania with a church pianist grandpa. Never imagining she could make music her career until she began recording YouTube covers on an old laptop in her bedroom, her music helped her escape the rigid confines of her life at Catholic school where she was expected to suppress a lot of who she was. frex quickly developed a rebellious streak and found songwriting inspiration listening to indie bands like Death Cab For Cutie,Phoenix, Young The Giant, The Shins, andTwo Door Cinema Club — all of which have infused her music with stark honesty. Later dropping out of business school to move to LA and purse her dreams, frex is now pouring into her music the elements of herself she felt she had to keep secret at a time when no one else heard her.
Fresh off his sold out European and North American tour, Justin Nozuka is riding the momentum from his 5th studio album, “Daydreams & Endless Nights”. Born in New York City and raised in Toronto among a family of musicians, Justin reached global success with the RIAA gold certified albums “Holly” and “You I Wind Land and Sea”, the latter debuting at #1 on the Billboardʼs Heatseekers Albums chart. JUNO nominations for Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Best Alternative Album followed, along with world tours, performances including the Glastonbury and Fuji Rock Festivals, and TV programs like The Late Show with David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel Live! which sparked a dedication to touring he maintains to this day. Justinʼs musical style has organically evolved from his acoustic, folk-infused roots to a spellbinding brand of alternative R&B as seen in his most recent releases. This unique musical diversity is resonating with his devoted fanbase and new listeners alike, setting the stage for an exciting new era of music.
