WCL’s long-running Jazz Jam is for musicians and listeners alike! House band The Ironman Trio will start the evening with a few tunes before they invite a rotating lineup of players to the stage. Instrumentalists and vocalists are welcome to sign up and sit in throughout the evening.

The Bad Plus with Billy Martin

Now in their 21st year, The Bad Plus continues to push boundaries as founding members Reid Anderson (bass) and Dave King (drums) embark on a new piano-less incarnation of the band with Ben Monder (guitar) and Chris Speed (tenor saxophone). Their 15th studio recording and debut self-titled album as a dynamic new quartet is due via Edition Records on September 30th. Opening the show is Billy Martin aka illy B of Medeski Martin & Wood.
